ok well i really do need a dream cooling system here, and i had a few ideas but Xbit labs review on 16 wc systems seems to have trashed it. and just so you know this will be my first liquid cooled system.

system specs

DFI lanparty UT expert
7900GTX
Optie 165
NZXT lexa (if itl all fit!)

thats all that really matters, cooling VGA is most important to me, and i figure; correct me if im wrong, the fan the Expert mobo comes with will be enough to keep the NB cool. so vga cooling is most important to me, although breaking 2.5Ghz with this optie would be good.

the problem:
its in a home office, it has to be entirely internal and professional, and quiet (will the NB fan on expert do that?). total cash im willing to put into this system is about $2500 CDN ($2175 USD) that includes everything, including a monitor (viewsonic VX2500), and this computer wont be put together for another month, leaving a little time for compitition to grow and perhalps a few prices to go down (and mabey some unique PCBs for the 7900GTX!).

do you think i can get the core of VGA to 800? or even 750? and what are the odds that the vga water block will have some form of memory coolage? (remembering that the mem on a 7900gtx max's out at 900)

thanks for imput, as i said, this will be the first time i put together a cooling system, bringing a friend over whos put two together. thats pretty much all said,

thanks alot.

are you willing to mod your case in order to make it fit? that would open your options some.

sure but i dont have much equipment, just a 14.4 volt drill and access to a 120mm fan sized bit....

i drilled two holes in the top of my last system to mount two 120mm, waste of time, but i could do it for the radiators, asuming i wounldnt get any condensation... that would be bad on the top ones....

lol, naw both, long story, but it involves wireless routers (shudder) and gaming using them, and in a building that phones at 5.8 GHz have trouble penetrating the walls.
