internal hotswap drive cage

i know i have seen them somwhere but i cant find them. i am looking for an internal hotswap cage for a case i am building

thats not quite what im looking for....im looking for one that is a normal HD cage but has a hotswap backplate on the back

Huh? What are you looking for exactly? A plain HDD cage or a hot-swap drive bay?

i hd cage that has a backplane.....the location of the hd cage makes it really hard to get at the wires...so i thought if i could get a hotswap one it would make it easier

Ok...I'm still a little confused. Ok, is there anything wrong or not right with the hotswap backplane link that Enginurd posted? Those are HDD cages fitted with a backplane that allows for hotswap. Or soemthing like these:

$95 - Supermicro CSE-M35T-1B Black 5 Bay Hot-Swapable SATA Backplane

those are designed to be put in a 5.25 drive bay.....the case i am using has none. what im looking for has to use a 3.5 form factor

To fit laptop drives or something? AFAIK, the only 3.5" hotswap bays available can only fit 2.5" laptop drives.

You want an internal only one, for a 3.5" bay? grab whatever fits and rip out the backplane; i assume you can do this since you're building your own case?
