I'm looking for support ticket software that will support both internal ticket tracking for projects and issues that our users have as well as a system that can be used by our customers for customer service issues.
I've tried a few different packages (os ticket was my favorite) but I haven't found anything that will cover both the internal and external ticketing that we need. Are there any software packages out there that do both or will I have to have 2 separate systems?
