Internal-External RJ45 passthrough?

I'm trying to find a part, and not having any luck. It's a PCI bracket that has an RJ45 passthrough in it. Example (on the right):

I looked up the part # for this (CBL-NTWK-0587), and it doesn't look like it comes with the bracket itself:

Anyone know where I could get the missing part?
