Internal Card Reader + Bluetooth

[Deathwish238]

I'm having trouble finding an internal card reader(SD is all I need) that also has built in bluetooth. I noticed Dell offers this when you build a computer through them, but I can't seem to find something similar.

I also need more USB slots...so if I could find a card reader that could read SD and/or MicroSD, had 2 USB slots, and internal bluetooth...i'ld be quite happy

Google for card reader bluetooth and a couple should show up.
