I'm still looking for a good itx case for my pc, one that can hold 3.5 hdd and no psu.

on my search i found this nice case
a no name but looks good
http://cgi.ebay.com/HiFi-Grade-mini...emQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2eac177cdb
but 50$ without shipping isn't cheap, i dug a ltl and found
http://item.taobao.com/auction/item_detail-db1-ffd5c6edd8247faf21048307dd7c577f.htm
for a lot less, but i really don't know how to work with taobao

as far as i can see this case has a lot of potential for mods
and also, i think i can fit a 3.5 hdd if you use the space they saved for psu if i use my pico psu.

what do you think? should i try to buy it?

That case really does look pretty cool. Interesting case and i really like the flat design with the aluminium brushed look.

I'm kinda worried though because the username in the images say "SHENZHEN" which is commonly associated with "fake" and such, but hey, still looks good.

Where do you get the impression that this case can hold a 3.5" hard drive? The one pictured in the eBay listing is a 2.5" and it clearly states:

This Chassis is only designed for ITX motherboard (170 x 170 mm) and 2.5" Hard Disk

Just by looking at the pic, I can tell you ventilation is crap. Anything above 45W will be pushing it, maybe even less. Unsuitable for anything above an Atom or an AMD 250u/260u build.

the inner size of the case is 174 x 290 x 54 mm (WxDxH)
so D = 29CM - 17CM (itx mobo) = 12CM, the width of a 3.5 hdd is 102 mm
so.... we have space, i use picopsu and not the psu the offer

i'm using atom, and also... MOD BABY MOD, i have plans for this case

you can get raw enclosures like this from places on the web. I am trying to find one right now.

It is clearly an atom based case.
