Interesting issue with VMWare Workstation when dragging windows..

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this. I didn't really start thinking about it until today as I was playing around with one of my VM's. I have been working with VMWare for a long time and noticed that when Aero support was first put in workstation my VM's lagged when dragging a window around. It would become choppy (only when Aero was enabled). One thing I have noticed is if I open up an internet browser and just leave it open and minimized, all window dragging and animations become smooth again.

To anyone else using workstation, have you noticed this?
