Hmm. Looks like 10nm and 10nm+ are a small step backward in performance versus 14nm++ with sometime in 2019 before we get 10nm++.
 
Regular server parts and desktop will first use 10nm+ with Icelake. 10nm is for mobile and integration parts (Xeon-D for example) using Cannon Lake and Atom.
