Ok I tried my darnedest to live with it, but I can't be quiet any longer. I understand that [H]ardOCP and the [H]ard|Forum takes money to run. But man I can't stand the text advertisements that are in the post now. Of all forms of advertisement I truly hate this kind. The Newegg, Monarch Computing, and other ads on the sides I actually like! I've spotted some really nice deals in them. But these text ads are just useless. It highlights AMD and I clicked on it and it took me to some junk about buying towels. o_O Come on now! It also makes me feel as if my post aren't as important as selling someone’s product. I take my time to answer someone's question, give an opinion on hardware, or tell someone that they did a good job on their mod, and it gets turned in to an ad for a toilet bowl scrubber. Seriously guys, come on.

When I first started seeing them I thought I had gotten some sort of spyware the Spyware Blaster and Spybot Search & Destroy weren't aware of yet. I almost reformatted my hard drive trying to get rid of it because I knew the [H]ard guys would never use this kind of advertising.

Please guys quit using the text ads.
 
Learn to use the search feature and look for teh other 50 threads just like this that were locked. Deal with it. Everyone needs to make money and Kyle is no exception. Hes a business man its what he does.

If you don't like it, take your posts elsewhere. A community of 67,454 members will not miss one peson.

Complaints like this only get you in trouble and/or banned, again, just use the search feature and you will see why.
