Do the words have to be clicked on for H to get money? Or just hover the mouse over them so they "pop up"? I want to help H as much as possible, I'm not bitching about them. I'll click some of them or hover my mouse over them every now and again...

And have they been implemented long enough now to see how much $ the H is getting? Are they meeting the projected income?

Again, I'm not bitching... just wondering if I'm doing anything to help and exactly how they work...

Go to Vibrant Media's website. It has a FAQ section. ;)
I just went there and looked at the FAQ, but didn't see anything pertaining to revenue... Could ya tell me what you saw or at least where you saw it? I too am curious about this.

and here I was thinking that I was blind. Good to know that I am not the only one who did not see it.

that text is down right annoying and is so close to a popup the user should have the option to have it on or not

you do have that option. Don't go to site that impkement it. I mean, if you know a website is loaded with popups or trojans would you go to it?

on-topic: I'm curious about it too now.

You have total control over what sites you visit. When you visit here, you'll see Intellitext ads. Think of it as television....you can always change the channel if you don't like the program.

Here's a better question. How much money would I have to put up a month personally for [H]forum to drop the Intellitext ads? I'd certainly be willing to pay to get rid of that crap.

Complaints go to the complaint department : kyle@hardocp.com

Please keep this thread on topic. This is a legitimate question we are looking for an answer to, this is NOT an intellitTXT hate thread, so please stop.

I would like this thread to remain unlocked. Thanks.

G'ßöö and PCMusicGuy,

Be very careful saying anything about the InteliJUNK or you'll be banned. There's no such thing as constructive critism here. :(

I'm surprised that this thread is still open.

We want to keep this thread open because we want more info (see above) but people keep coming here and threadcrapping.

I am interested in knowing this as well because the site owner and I (our own forum) are throwing around the idea of implementing this.

I haven't seen any concrete dollar figures, but they do say you need a minimum of 500K text-rich page views per month to qualify for the program.

We must get that here easy (500k views). I've always wondered what the KB networks revenues looked like.

I've asked this question before as well...does kyle ever plan on making KB go public?

I really do not wish to threadcrap but I feel it necessary to ask a simple question and speak my peace.

Why should it be of anyone's concern what KB Networks makes in the form of revenue from IntelliText advertisements, or other advertisements for that matter?

If KB Networks was a publicly traded company then I could see the need for financial disclosure. Seeing as that is not the case (KB Networks is privately owned) then I see no reason for this topic to be of issue to anyone. Curiosity be damned.

In my opinion, as long as [H]ard|OCP provides the value of keeping the consumer (the majority of us) informed of the various differences between vendors and products offered, I see no point at them (legally or otherwise) refusing to provide financial information.

Just my .02 without any disrespect for anyone here.

I'm simply curious, nothing more. I won't get asshurt if he comes in here and tells me to fuck off, honestly. I know it's private. Maybe it'll be public one day? I'd buy in! lol

So, let me rephrase

For H to get money from intelliTXT, do the words need to be clicked on or just hovered over? Or does the page just need to be viewed that the highlighted word is in? (e.g., simply browsing the forum gets $)

This is turning into a discussion, not what this forum is designed for. I will lock this and if Kyle wishes to respond, he will answer your questions.
