intellimouse 4.0 mod

i took a standard 4.0 intellimouse explorer, took it apart and cleaned it. to clean i used alchohal, a toothpick, and cotton swabs. then i covered the little circle in the back which glows red up with some tape. i cut the shape out with a razor and placed it over the circle. then i painted with 2 coats of Krylon Fusion Blue. I let that dry, and then went over with a clearcoat and wa la! im happy with how it turned out and will try it on a new 3.0 soon, any suggestions would be nice. sorry for the bad pictures i used my camera phone, my normal camera looks blurry when i try to take photos of this for some reason.

heres my mx510 just finished it, i did the same process... although this one was a pain in the ass to put back together, it definitelly was not worth the trouble. although it looks really nice with the side buttons painted, gives it a nice touch.
