The intel Xeon 1.6LV is a prestonia core. Its on a 400FSB.

What type of P4 is it based off of? Willimatte? Northwood?

its based off the Northwood Core i would think as the Prestonia's are 512K L2 and 400FSB which is same as northwood core (original version) ie P4 1.6A
