Intel X25 raid0 or individual?

I have two identical 80Gb Intel X25 SSD's. My original intentionw as the raid them. However, people keep reminding me I will lose TRIM if I raid them.

What scenario would you find preferable:

1 - Raid 0 and lose trim
2 - Two individual drives. One primary for OS and background apps. Second primary for all games.

Leave as individual drives. Top screenshot is brand new Raid 0 with two 80GB and the bottom is my results after about 5 months usage. Array has 60GB free yet.
