I know all INTEL processors come witha 3 year warranty.
I have had my P4 3.0 for less than a year and it got F'ed up....
I just replaced it with a new one and now everything is fine.

I was wondering if anyone knows any EXACT information on warranty
and the process...

Im sure someone has had an issue regarding processors and just wanted to know
contact information or where to start instead of wasting time
digging for information.

Thanks.....

call Intel and they will give you an rma number and send one out as soon as they recieve yours

It's easy...
Call the 1-800 number (off their website) and have the CPU handy. They'll ask you what problems you're experiencing with the CPU, what mobo you have, OS, etc...
They send you e-mail with all the info of what to do after that. Pretty easy and fast. Good'ole Intel...:)
