DigiTimes, citing sources at the Economic Daily News, says that Intel will increase chipset orders from SiS in the third quarter of 2007.
Intel is reportedly to increase orders of SiS671 and SiS672 chipsets from Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) in the third quarter of 2007. The increase is expected to benefit Taiwan-based wafer maker UMC plus packaging and testing houses SPIL and KYEC.
