Intel SSD refresh (Postville)

Some moths ago there were rumors of an intel refresh coming out.
160 and 300GB drives were supposed to come out in Q4 of this year.

Has anyone see/heard anything about this and when this is actually coming?

Intel G3s are rumored to be coming out February of next year. They will be using Intel's new 25nm flash.

Are these the only drives that are known to come with the power save feature or are other brands also working on this?
