take some of their proccessors then overclock that and sell it like E6400OC just like what the graphic cards are doing selling overclocked versions of their graphic cards and under warrenty.
Nvidia and ATi do not oc there parts, 3rd party resellers do, ie...BFG, EVGA, XFX
Manufacturers won't take the liability of it so they won't do it (mobo manufacturers are the exception but again, its at your choice to do it, not like they are forcing it). You can buy 3rd party o/cing computers anyways, like dell and such.
They already do...
E6300 is basic, 6400 is a little overclocked.. etc.
E6600 is basic 4meg, e6700 is overclocked, etc.
Their multiplier is your overclock.
They can't do it any other way, because the only other way to oc a chip is by raising the FSB, and they can't guarantee that clock because of your ram/mobo.
