I don't get it I cant get this to work. It just says the device is security locked you need to unplug it and plug it back in. I do that and it still says its security locked.

Window7 x64, with intel SSD toolkit and RST installed.
 
What happens if you put the computer to sleep and wake it up again? Does the drive become unlocked?
 
Use parted magic instead to do the secure erase. It will save you a lot of trouble
 
Parted Magic works really well for secure erasing SSDs and HDDs, although I didn't bother mentioning it because it isn't free.
 
So the ultimate boot cd comes with full parted magic for free?
