Intel RST or RSTe for X79?

[Quiz]

Which is better for a single SSD (primary) and a single HDD (secondary)?

[mothman]

RST..........The 11.7 IRST driver now has support for C600/X79. I've tried both and can verify that the non-enterprise RST performs much better with SSD's

yep, in fact, the RSTe driver doesn't work with one of my SSDs, i have to revert to the windows 8 driver.

[cisco guy]

have you guys tried the new 3.6.0.1093 RSTe?
Just wondering if it will get better results.
