Intel Pentium4 - Voltage too low?

Hello,

i was looking for a few ways to overclock my system even more. So i was thinking of to do this with increasing the voltage of my cpu.

The voltage of my cpu is fluctuating alot. it goes from 0.9V to 1.2V with an average of 1V sometimes?.. is this normal?.. i tried to overclock my cpu but i wasn't getting good results.

P4 Northwood 2.4Ghz @ 2.7Ghz. Does this has anything to do with it?

Something may be wrong or it could be an error in bios...
 
I wouldnt even think its safe with voltage fluxes, you may be killing something in there.... Set it to stock and see if it still does it. But if you think its safe be my guest and leave but, personally I wouldnt.
 
i aint killing anything, when the frequencies were at stock speeds , i also had these ridiculous low voltages.

i've been looking into my BIOS but i can't increase my cpu voltage.
what the?... or am i looking somewhere i shouldn't?
