Guys, I have a question that I am kind of worried about.

I recently upgraded some parts in my comp and have noticed that the CPU temp goes from 40 to 60 degrees Celcius depending on load.

I have a Thermaltake Tsunami Case with a front and Rear 120mm Fan.
The CPU has a Thermaltake MAX ORB cooler. I live in Miami, FL. My house temp is usually around 73-74F degrees.

Please let me know if this temp is OK.
Also, Looking to lower case noise, any ideas on noise dampening for the case?

Thank You

Assuming those are not core temps, they are higher than I'd want, but not out of specs. The 945's are listed with a Thermal Spec of 63.4, and the 950 goes up to 68 (depending on the stepping).

If you think the temp is higher than it should be, you could try to remount your CPU heatsink (check for good contact, and make sure you properly apply some quality paste), make sure your case is dust free, check on your airflow (make sure the case is cleanly wired), etc.
