4Ghz maybe even more depending on your cooling but don't bet on it for mini-itx

There you go.

For now, I think only Intel and DFI have launched mini-ITX P55 boards.

Supposedly, Asus and other manufacturers are going to offer more stuff on this form factor, but I don't have any sure information.
