Ran across this article recently, from TechReport.com

Now if santa would realize how good I've been this year and bring me one, I'd have a nice boxen to start with.

Here are some SMP numbers that have been posted here previously: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1362397

Even more impressive than the benches you posted (since those were only uniprocessor cores).

I have been talking to Kyle about running some on his 3.8Ghz Core i7 system ....

We shall see how it goes .....

I would be very interested in seeing that.

It's nice to see these getting some decent points. For a mixed use system running 1 video, it will be REALLY nice to do the SMP + Console + GPU2 mixture for a pretty solid PPD run.

I am working on it .. but I will need some help.

Make sure you let kyle know how much we want to see this article/video.

Shoot him a PM so he know to get this on his to do list

Sent him a PM about it, hopefully we'll see some nice info .
