Intel i7 940

[its4thecolony]

Ok guys i need some advice. So i bought an intel i7 940 for 300 and well i thought it was a good deal at the time. Now im wondering should i try to sell it and try to get my money back and get a cheap cpu or should i keep it?

Umm, well how to rate the performance? Do you need all the horsepower?

I don't think it would be worth the hassle, unless it's still in the box and was never installed.

Did you overclock it? I may be interested

[its4thecolony]

actually its factory sealed never been opened

Then you can definitely sell it for what it costs new and get a 920/930.

can someone give me a decent price to sell it at?

[wesleys_dad]

25$ to me.

[drescherjm]

I would just keep the i7 940. $300 is the price of an i7 940 on eBay from a few different sellers.
