Intel i7 2600 OC'able

The i7 2600k is the unlocked model which overclocks well. The i7 2600 (non k version) overclock is limited to the turbo mode. The "k" version is only ~$30 extra, so...

Actually, the non-K version of the i7-2600 is what's called "limited unlocked", which means that the CPU's overclocking capability is limited to four multipliers above the stock Turbo Boost frequencies. In the case of the plain 2600, the stock Turbo frequencies are 3.5~3.8 GHz, which means that an overclock using a P67 motherboard will be limited to a maximum of 3.9~4.2 GHz (depending on how many cores are in use).
