Although I can't believe this is an issue, it's an issue nonetheless... I can't find any newer Intel drivers for my MSI laptop. Even as far back as Feb 2018 seem to support something newer than Win10 1607. Since my work laptop runs LTSB, there's no upgrade path to 1703, 1803, 1809, etc. Many businesses run LTSB so they don't have to deal with the Microsoft Store and its associated craplications. You would figure Intel would support this, even though M$ would like you to believe LTSB is only for ATM machines.
The main issue I'm trying to fix is a screen dimming issue, which newer Intel HD Graphics 530 drivers are reported to fix (screen dims for a split second at random times). I'd rather not put the semi-annual channel on this thing, as last time, a failed (forced) update to the current SAC bricked it during a work trip, which set me back a few hours.
I've already tried editing .inf files and such. Nothing seemed to allow the newer drivers to install.
