Has anyone here used these things?
I got a couple of the dual port ones and IPSec offloading seems to work under Server 2008 x64. With a large buffer, I'm actually able to get about 700mbps (sustained) with IPSec enabled across the link! I don't think I've ever done even one fifth that much before.
They seem to be in somewhat short supply and hard to find, despite being close to a year old. The dual port adapter is not too expensive, about $170. There is a quad port. These also have some virtualization offloading capabilities but I have not explored them much (admittedly).
