Never ordered anything from CostCentral but they appear to be a fairly well established company? Intel typically announces price cuts for Q3 at end of July. I wonder if these will be popping up for sale at the same time. Q8200 looks like fail but E5200 should be real interesting.

:drool: I can't wait until Fry's has a combo deal on these, like for $70 or $80. It should be an easy pad mod/FSB overclock to 3.33GHz (12.5 x 266MHz QDR) even on a cheap motherboard.

Those prices appear to be quite a bit above the 1000 tray price. I'm sure we'll be seeing these much cheaper through the usual channels soon enough. That 5200 in particular looks to be excellent for the money, once it reaches $80 or less, which it will. Double the cache of my little e2180, plus smaller fab process

I bet if they stick two E5200s together, clock them down to 2.4, up the bus to 1066, and price them at $160, they'd sell like hotcakes. Well, more like hotdogs. But, that's just me.
