try looking the manual to find where your CMOS pins are. once u move it from the normal position to the closed position after unpluging your psu then you wait a minute, plug the psu back in, then put the CMOS jumper back to normal position and you reset it. your maual should have some instructions on how to do that.
does you mobo function? if it does it could also be that the cpu fan is not plugged in or that your cpu is to hot. or simply because the board is dead
