HI,
I've got a Core2Duo E4600 running in an Asrock 4CoreDual-SATA2 motherboard with 2 Gb of memory and the machine is mainly used for games plus some photoshop and website building.

I'm thinking of upgrading to an E7400 but is there anywhere I can see what the (general) increase in speed would be? and to assess if this is the best 'bang-for-buck'?
