I never had any reason to overclock my CPU'S...but if you know your hardware, then you would know that these are one of the cpu's that intel has made and can easily be OC'd to 4.6. Do you your research, it's been done alot.

Not all of them reach 4.6 stable. Like selling a Toyota and saying it will hit 350k miles cause most do.

I had 4770k that barely reached 4.3 Ghz on 1.38v. I must agree all of them can make 4.5, but not all of them under safe voltage.
