Intel Centrino Mobile 2.0ghz [HELP!] NoteBook!

I am going to be getting a laptop soon, and I want to be able to play games on it, at least decent, I want to get A intel centrino mobile 2.0ghz or a 1.8ghz but their very expensive, and would like to know if that Proccessor can be overclocked? they say that it is very fast evn faster than a 64 3000+ in some apps. and would I be ok with a 9700 pro 128Mb 256 bit video card or is there a differece between that and the 9600 pro? and It will have 1 gb memory, should I get alaptop with that configuration? what would you do please help!

The Pentium M/Centrino platform is great for gaming. With very, very few exceptions, however, notebook computers don't have CPU overclocking features. Don't expect to find them. The Mobility Radeon 9700 has a decent performance boost over the 9600. I have a Pentium M 735 (1.7 GHz) and Mobility Radeon 9600 combo, with 1 GB of PC2700 RAM and am quite impressed with the performance, considering the low power and compact nature of this combination.

so what processer should i get? the 1.7,or 1.8 whatever it is, or the 2.0 ghz? considering the 2.0 is $300 more, will I notice a big performace boost?
