So I got this from a friend and I can get it to boot and I can also install an OS how ever I do not think it has a HDD in it and I have no idea how to install one in this. Can anyone help? Thanks
 
You need a bracket that looks like the link beow, if using a SSD you can drop the fan(maybe even for HDD), this screws in right over where the half mPCIE goes(called a WLAN connector in Dell Tech pdf but wifi cards work there).

There's an inline SATA0/pwr connector in the image above just to the left of the HDD, should be able to use that also, normally that's the NVRAM spot. You can normally find the cable plus HDD mount for less than $20 online, ebay or amazon.These FX160s can be found on ebay for less than $100 in various configs. Instead of going that route though, I'd get one of these mobo's and a thin itx case a much more capable setup;
