0.14C/W cooling for such a small device is pretty decent. See page 22 for a preview of what Dell or Velocity Micro might be doing with an overclocked 955XE.

Well, remember that the XPS 600 Renegade is supposed to have a 3.46 (or is it 3.73?) overclocked to 4.26GHz straight from Dell. Impressive, but hardly noteworthy. It still won't turn in any revolutionary numbers, probably still to be beaten by a Koolance or other good cooling solution.
