Intel 510T power issues

I'm having some bizzare issues on an old Intel 510T managed switch.
Every few hours, every port "bounces" for about 2 second.
Each PC says the LAN cable has been unplugged, and goes fine.

Logs from the switch show nothing bizzare, uptime keeps ticking, ports all test fine.
It only happens about 3 times a day (that I can tell) and seems to be random.
The switch is on a battery backup, but Ive tried using a straight socket, same thing.
Interference could be the cause, but nothing is in the radius of the swithc!

Any ideas?
