We have a company that now wants us to run a VPN tunnel for their check scanners at our Credit Union. The only unit they seem to support is the Intel 3110 VPN Gateway that they sold us 2.5 years ago. Well we never used that box and today we were told to wip it out of the "batcave" (our bonecloset for old PC stuff) and we can't log in or reset the admin password. We pulled the battery, pulled the flash. What gives? What blows is that we have a bada$$ Cisco VPN concentrator that we use for all our other needs but this company (SouthWest Corp. <-- shameless plug to tell you they SUCK) will only support the scanning software through the Intel 3110
We are running Version 6.8 software on the 3110
Intel states "Prior to version 6.9, there is no way to reset the administrative password"
AHAHAH!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst case I guess I'll have our Linux Guru try and put a distro on it and have no support from Southwest Corp.
