I'm having a hard time finding the following tempature information for my Pentium 4 3.60GHz 560J LGA775 (1MB cache, 800 MHz FSB)

1. Processor - Warning / Shutdown Temp
2. System - Warning / Shutdown Temp

The current settings are:

CPU
Shutdown = 185 *F / 85 *C
Warning = 167 *F / 75 *C

System
Shutdown = 149 * F / 65 *C
Warning = 131 *F / 55 *C

CPU temp with no load is normaly about 117 *F / 48 *C
System temp with no load is normaly about 82 *F / 28 *C

I'm getting the following error and need to adjust my settings but don't want to go too high.

2004/12/31 23:39:04 Warning:=CPU Temperature: 76F
2004/12/31 23:39:49 Warning:=CPU Temperature: 76F
2004/12/31 23:47:00 Warning:=CPU Temperature: 76F
2004/12/31 23:47:09 Warning:=CPU Temperature: 76F
2004/12/31 23:48:05 Warning:=CPU Temperature: 76F

Core throttling occurs at 75C. So everything under that is "OK".
I personally keep my temps below 55C.

Your error shows 75F, which is well below your C readings.
Set it to shutdown and whatnot at 60C or 65C. Just pay attention to the C and F notation.

Totally missread your post. Now I feel like an idiot.
