yes if you are upgrading from a 2.8c to a 3.0c it is a gigantic leap in performance:rolleyes:

Let's see, the 3.0 goes for $224 and the 2.8 goes for $184 at Newegg. I would say get the 2.8 and overclock that and save yourself some money.
