intel 2.8E how good is it for oc

How good is the 2.8e for over clocking? and what is the multy set to? how high can i get the fsb too?

terrible. hot as hell and you won't be able to O/C for shit without some hardcore cooling

I got mine up to 3.22 stable right now at 51C. I'm trying for 3.4 soon....all this with the stock Intel HS and Fan.
Also, the multy is set to 14.

I think it's great check my other thread complete with benchmarks and picutres. My cooling is only the Exos which everyone here on this board seems to say is no good. But i love my Exos.

Mine did 3.9 stable, but i sold it. the performance wasnt there over my NW.
