intake/outake fans

i have an antec 900 and i was just wondering what everyone thought would be the best way to use my fans. i have the 2 120mm for intake and 2 120(rear exhaust/window panel exhaust) and the big 200mm on top. whats everyones opinion on my setup?

I think you should always have more intake fan volume so your case doesn't build up with dust and so the air has a chance to get the heat from the components. Suggest using the side panel fan for intake specially to cool the video card.

i've fooling around with the side panel fan and it seems i'm getting the best temps without it.

That is probably because it is causing bad airflow at its location, maybe it is hitting something thats restricting the airflow. If you get better temps without it don't use it or maybe find another spot for it.
