I already have Arctic Cooling Arctic Fan 12 (exhaust 120mm) Now I'm thinking about intake fan AC AF9225( http://www.arctic-cooling.com/fans2.php?idx=82 ) . Is it worth to buy intake fan? Is it going to make any differences in case temperatures? Or even maybe in cpu, mb temps?

Intake fan...any difference?

yeah, airflow is important. intake in the front, exhaust in the back. pretty simple concept, but effective none the less and necessary even more now a days with higher temps.
My computer from 3 or 4 years ago had 1 intake and that was it, and it still survives today as a part of a network.
Current setup in my antec case uses 2 80mm intakes and 2 80mm exhaust.
