Is it possible to install Windows 8 on two separate partitions?

A friend has partitioned his hard drive into two, and would like to install Windows 8 on each of those. However, when he tries to install Windows 8 on the second partition he receives a message that says "Partitions on GPT disk are not in the recommended order."

I know it's a little weird he wants to do this but he wants one installation of Windows 8 to play around with and one for work.

It would make a lot more sense to install Windows 8 and then install another copy inside of a VM using either VirtualBox, VMware Player, VMWare Workstation or the built in Hyper-V. That's a LOT better for "playing with"

This is a double thread, the OP already asked the same question before.
