I want to install ubuntu on my c: partition. However i don't want to change my other partitions which are FAT32 and contains my data .

So can i install it on c: without bringing any change to other partitions?

ummm ?

drive c: as in windows right
if you install Linux to driveC you will lose windows is that what you want?

or are you after installing Ubuntu via Wubi and installing that as a file to driveC ?

Yeah, I'm a bit confused as well. If you are replacing Windows, then disconnect the drives you want to leave untouched, install Ubuntu, and then reconnect those drives.
