I didn't really think about this before I bought the case and psu. The case is built for the psu to be installed on the bottom of the case. But I noticed that the psu has a huge fan on the bottom. Should I have this fan facing the bottom of the case? Or should I reverse it and have the fan facing up?

Facing down is fine... it will get air from under the case to cool the internal PSU components... and the wires are more out of the way...

The fan blows into the PSU, not out :)
