Im running a raid 0 setup for my primary drives and i ordered new one to use as storage. I was under the impression that i didnt need to run all three in RAID for the new one to work, but im having problems having it come up for windows. its a 320gig seagate SATA2. Now, what im thinking is I either have to reformat to get everything working, or there is a driver or something im unaware of. I also seem to remember that each partition cannot be over 120gigs or something so im thinking that this could be the issue as well.

also, windows does recognize the HD but it just doesnt come up in my computer, and everything is enabled in the BIOS

raid0 works in pairs, so you need 2, 4, 6, etc drives in order for raid0 to work. since you have xp sp2, you will be able to surpass the 137GB limit.

did you remember to format and assign the drive letter? common mistake to make

Bzzt, wrong, thanks for playing. You can run any number of disks in raid 0.

Windows+R, diskmgmt.msc and see if the drive shows up there.

If that does not work, you need to create a "single drive" array in the BIOS (JBOD, for example) since the nVidia drivers are "all or nothing" when it comes to raid. If you installed the raid drivers, the OS won't see any drives that are not in the array and vice versa.
