I never install an OS from a USB stick before till today (install Windows 7 Pro onto a netbook).

I am curious if it is possible with my 16GB flash drive I can somehow set it up to be able to choose to install Windows XP, Windows 7 (32-bit), and Windows 7 (64-bit). The left over space would be use for programs such as AVG, open office, and etc.

Would this be possible or am I going to be stuck having to use multiply different flash drives?

I'm pretty sure you can put it all into one stick. Just make sure you don't modify any of the root folders of the windows installation CD....the installation will only read what's needed.
