I am having Thermaltake Armor MX Case and would like to install LED Lights strip (NZXT Hue) on all the four sides/corner of the case.

Now there are two obstacles that is preventing me to install light strip on all four corners:

1] The exhaust fan at the back is blocking the way of the strip (See image) --> http://tinypic.com/r/11kytc6/6

2] There are lots of plastic bumps at the front which will prevent strip to sit flush (See image) -- > http://tinypic.com/r/20qlp3/6

And finally the length of the strip is 2Meter so there would definitely be some remain unused, so can i cut it ? OR where to tuck away rest coz they would give lots of light effect at one place and ruin the overall effect of the case.

Do not cut it. Unless you know how it was wired up, cutting it could break the circuit.

Have you considered mounting it on the door panel? The door panel is usually flat and this way you don't have to worry about running into bumps. Just tuck away the connector towards the front of the case.

I have an Antec Halo 6 LED strip and there are tiny scissors icons imprinted every 2 LEDs, showing where one could safely cut the strip and have the remaining LEDs still function.

As I'm assuming your strip is different (mine is for external monitor bias lighting and terminates in a USB connector and yours is most likely internal) your results may vary...

Try contacting the maker of the strip.

worrying about too much light from a tucked away light strip could be solved by wrapping it in electrical tape. than you can put the slack anywhere you have room that might be out of sight.

Even a black Sharpie works well, I did that to one LED on mine to achieve symmetry on a keyboard lighting mod.

I like the smaller LED's. You wont get a square halo around the view port, but you'll still get some light in there.
