Keep in mind this is my first build so I'm a complete noob!

I have an asrock z77 pro4-m on my Silverstone PS07B. I'm having some issues with fan control (sticking the cables into the proper pins on the motherboard) and creating proper airflow. I replaced the stock silverstone case fans with artic cooling 120mm's. I also installed an optional exhaust fan in the rear. I've noticed that the case has become much noisier. Any recommendations to reduce noise?

I just installed a pc in a PS07B, link

My motherboard has a setting in the bios called q-fan, does yours have something similar? I just went there and set it to silent and it runs the fans at like 800rpm or something and automatically speeds them up if it needs it. Are you sure the arctic cooling are quieter than the silverstone fans? The stock fans are pretty good I thought. I haven't heard them at full speed but from reviews it seemed like the stock fans weren't too loud (although some did still replace them) my pc is literally silent, I set both chassis 1&2 (2 front 120mm fans) and CPU fan all to silent so unless the PC is being worked and it needs to speed em up you can't even hear em. I didn't install an exhaust fan, it's just an APU system so heat isn't much of a concern to warrant the extra fan
