Installing a game

the last couple of weeks my computer has been freezing up or just crashing when i play world of warcraft....i recently formated and am now unable to reinstall WoW.....i ran memtest86 and let it test for 20 cycles and it came up wtih no errors....i dont know what to do...when i try to install the computer keeps freezing restarting or giving me this messege..

" The file "Uninstall\Win32\msvcr71.dll" in archive "<unknown>" could not be opened, because an error 2 occurred. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (MPQFile::OpenFromArchive)"

any clues what could be going on.....?

scratched disk? what did blizzard say?

I would follow the advice of the error message and contact Blizzard right away, and give them the exact error message.
