Installed GTX260 and soundcard no longer seen by XP

I swapped out my 8800GTS-512 for a GTX260-216 SSC and my SB Fatality soundcard is no longer recognized/visible to XP. Power light is lit on the soundcard, and I reseated it and still nothing. It does not show up in Device Manager at all.

Anyone else have this problem or have a solution/suggestion?

Sounds like the 260 stole the resources used by the X-Fi, yeah try another slot or check the bios and see if there is any irq sharing going on?
